Greg has over 32 years of financial and planning experience, and has held CFO positions since 1980. He received a bachelor in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1973, and an MBA from Marquette University in 1975. He has held financial and planning positions with Wisconsin Electric and Allis Chalmers, and the CFO positions for the Hartman subsidiary of Allis Chalmers, the WS Tyler subsidiary of Combustion Engineering, the Schrader subsidiary of Arvin, and AdobeAir. Much of his experience has been in the private equity arena where he has worked with investors such as Kohlberg and Company, Rutledge Capital, and Castle Harlan. At his last venture the management team more than tripled shareholder equity in less than three years.
