Founder & CEO
Christopher Lank is the founder and CEO of Ivis Technologies. He brings over 30 years of software and technology experience with an emphasis on business process, risk and compliance within the US Government and Department of Defense markets. Prior to starting Ivis Technologies, he held senior level positions at TogetherSoft, Symantec, Platinum Technology, and MicroAge. Christopher has a BS in Management from the University of Phoenix.

Chief Technology Officer
Chris contributes over 25 years of information systems development to Ivis. He joined Ivis when the company started in 2002 and is the principle architects of Ivis’ technology. Previously, Chris held software and systems engineering positions with several organizations ranging from government contracting to education and web-site production. Chris brings development experience in environments such as ColdFusion, .NET, Java, and several others. He has a BAS in Computer-Aided Design/Virtual Reality from the University of Advancing Technology in Phoenix.
Greg Jonas
Chief Financial Officer
Greg has over 32 years of financial and planning experience and has held CFO positions since 1980. He received a bachelor in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1973, and an MBA from Marquette University in 1975. He has held financial and planning positions with Wisconsin Electric and Allis Chalmers, and the CFO positions for the Hartman subsidiary of Allis Chalmers, the WS Tyler subsidiary of Combustion Engineering, the Schrader subsidiary of Arvin, and AdobeAir. Much of his experience has been in the private equity arena where he has worked with investors such as Kohlberg and Company, Rutledge Capital, and Castle Harlan. At his last venture, the management team more than tripled shareholder equity in less than three years.
Todd Thompson
Chief Evangelist and Innovation Officer
As the Chief Evangelist and Innovation Officer, Todd is responsible for ensuring the company is seen as innovative, visionary, and a leader by customers, industry groups, and media. He’s also responsible for promoting the company’s innovation agenda and identifying, capturing, and driving new growth opportunities.
Before joining Ivis Technologies in February 2020, Todd managed the Risk and Compliance program at one of the nation’s largest defense contractors, Huntington Ingalls Industries, Ingalls Shipbuilding, where he has a proven track record of innovation, design and successful implementation of scalable GRC programs used across the corporate enterprise.
With over 18 years of experience with simplifying the complex world of program management, risk management, and compliance management for the end-user, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to the Ivis team. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Northrop Grumman and has bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering Technology.
The Ivis CONTROLS Dashboard gives you a quick overview of all core elements you have installed in your instance. Right now we have only cybersecurity and we can quickly see that we have 24 completed, 15 controls with a POAM, 17 not applicable controls, and 54 incomplete controls. We can also see the POAM summaries; 3 are complete, 5 are not applicable and 23 are under review.

The orange magnify glass shows if the control has a POAM associated. The blue no symbol means not applicable and the red exclamation point is for an incomplete control, or a control with a completed/not applicable POAM that needs further attention.
